For dates of the official Welcome Weeks for each intake visit our important dates.

During the Welcome Week students will:

• complete their enrolment
• meet and greet academics and professional services staff
• get together with fellow students
• explore the campus and local areas around Bandung
• receive an introduction to the academic process
• receive an introduction to the University’s Student Portal
• enjoy activities and meals together
• celebrate the beginning of your academic journey at Deakin University Lancaster University Indonesia

The full schedule for Welcome Week will be shared when you arrive on campus.

Orientation session for accompanying family members

Some students will start their study at our campus accompanied by their family members who will support them with settling in. We will be organising a special session for accompanying family to share necessary information.

After the meeting, family members will have a chance to join us on a tour of the campus and local area.  If you plan to arrive with family, please make sure you let our team know.
