Bandung as the Destination 

Bandung is the third-largest city in Indonesia, with a population of around 2.6 million. Bandung is also well known as a vibrant higher education city, currently home to 17 universities. 

The city has temperatures ranging from 11°C to 34°C, and it’s surrounded by mountains and hills. Its tropical weather and friendly temperatures make Bandung a popular city in Indonesia, attracting visitors from outside the city.

Attractions Near Bandung

Bandung is known for its culinary, natural, and cultural tourism. There are many cafes and restaurants scattered throughout the city with easy access. 

Bandung also has extensive shopping areas with unique themes, such as Paris Van Java (PVJ), Cihampelas Walk (CiWalk), Bandung Indah Plaza (BIP), Trans Studio Mart (TSM), Pascal Hyper Square, and many more.

Braga Street is one of the most famous shopping locations, known for its rich history filled with local boutiques, cafes, and restaurants that propelled the city to be to attain the Dutch nickname Parijs van Java (“Paris of Java”)

Bandung Sea of Fire Monument

Located just a few meters away from our campus, Bandung Sea of Fire (Bandung Lautan Api) monument represents the city’s past.

Tea Plantation

Bandung has many beautiful nature sceneries, one of which is the tea plantation in Ciwidey.

Kawah Putih

Kawah Putih is a beautiful turquoise crater formed following a Mount Patuha eruption in the 11th century.

Gedung Sate

Gedung Sate is a historical building that also serves as the seat of West Java’s Governor and a museum.
